Delivery Time

If your order reaches us Monday to Friday before 02:00 p.m., delivery will generally take between 3 and 5 working days.

Dispatch Partners

Customers in France can choose between La Poste and Kiala for delivery of their packages.
To return goods free of charge, use the supplied package return stickers.

Order Status

All information regarding the status of your order will be sent to you via email. As a result, it is particularly important for you to ensure that you enter a current email address when you place your order with the PUMA Online Shop and that you check your emails regularly.
If you have not received an order confirmation by email within 15 minutes of placing your order, check your spam filter before you do anything else.
If the spam filter does not contain an email from the PUMA Online Shop, contact PUMA Customer Service by telephone on Tel. +33 1 / 703 736 11 (The costs vary according to your providers' rates.).

La Poste:
Packages are delivered on 6 days of the week, Monday to Saturday, by the staff of La Poste.
A total of two delivery attempts will be made on the 2 consecutive days of the week.
If the package cannot be handed to you in person, it may be deposited with a concierge.
If it is not possible to deliver the package, it will be deposited at the nearest post office for 2 weeks.
You will receive a notification card if this is the case.

Kiala:
The delivery is only made via Kiala points (kiosks, fuel stations, etc.)

• It will be deposited at a Kiala point, and a first notification will be sent to you by email.
• A second notification will be sent to you by email 6 days later.
• The package will be held for another seven days and then returned to PUMA with a "Not collected" notice.

Delivery Address and Invoice Address

Paying by credit/debit card: Delivery and invoice addresses do not need to be the same. For Example you can have your package delivered to your work address.

Minimum Order Value

There is no minimum purchase order value.

Delivery Charges

We offer free shipping for order values from € 30,00. A shipping charge of € 4,90 will be applied on order values less than € 30,00.
